Cardboard Filter Cutdown Planner
Find the lowest-waste way to cut, pair and join standard filters, while checking whether offcuts can become another standard size.
Install this planner: In Microsoft Edge, choose the install icon in the address bar or open Settings and more → Apps → Install this site as an app. In Chrome, choose Install page as app from the address-bar menu. Once installed, the app checks for published updates automatically.
Required cutdown
Enter finished sizes up to 1200 × 1200 mm. The first recommendation favors a one- or two-panel build; the planner also shows the lowest-waste option if extra joins are needed. Listed source filters, two-from-one cuts, and reusable standard-size offcuts are checked.

Stock source options use only filter codes and Size (mm) dimensions listed in the supplied product sheets for the selected grade and depth. Other dimensions in a cut plan are pieces to cut from those listed sources, not additional stock sizes. Several MERV 8 product codes differ from their Size (mm) entries; verify those stock measurements before cutting. Price estimates use the separate cardboard cut-down matrices, exclude GST, and do not apply customer-specific discounts. Joined panel layouts are planning estimates; confirm joining method, frame support and final pricing before production.
