Cardboard Filter Cutdown Planner
Use one listed standard filter cutdown wherever it can make the finished size. Joined panels are considered only when a single-piece cut is not possible.
Install this planner: In Microsoft Edge, choose the install icon in the address bar or open Settings and more → Apps → Install this site as an app. In Chrome, choose Install page as app from the address-bar menu. Once installed, the app checks for published updates automatically.
Required cutdown
Enter finished sizes up to 1200 × 1200 mm. The planner prefers one-piece cutdowns from a listed standard filter and uses joined panels only when no single-piece source fits. Standard-size offcuts are checked for reuse.

Stock source options use only filter codes and Size (mm) dimensions listed in the supplied product sheets for the selected grade and depth. Other dimensions in a cut plan are pieces to cut from those listed sources, not additional stock sizes. Several MERV 8 product codes differ from their Size (mm) entries; verify those stock measurements before cutting. Price estimates use the separate cardboard cut-down matrices, exclude GST, and do not apply customer-specific discounts. Joined panel layouts are planning estimates; confirm joining method, frame support and final pricing before production.
